When the budget is significant and the standard is non-negotiable, the hardest part is knowing that the contractor will deliver exactly what was promised. That certainty is what we are built to provide: a single team accountable for the whole build, a fixed price set by a Quantity Surveyor before you commit, and a programme we hold to.
It is why architects introduce us to their most demanding clients, and why those clients come back. The proof is in the work rather than the promise: over £8m of projects currently on site, each delivered on time and on budget, and a client base that refers us without hesitation.

Managed, Not Just Built
Most contractors manage a project; we manage the entire experience. Your quotation is produced by a Quantity Surveyor and handed to you in full, your project runs through one named point of contact from first meeting to handover, and you hear from us every week, with nothing held back.
As FMB members we carry full public liability, employers' liability and professional indemnity cover, our subcontractors are vetted and hold the required certifications, and your finished project is backed by an FMB contract, with the option of an insurance-backed warranty.
